Must-Have (Primary Skills)
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Create social media creatives, ads, and promotional graphics.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to convert ideas and briefs into engaging visual concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Added Advantage
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design concepts.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Understanding of branding and marketing design requirements.
